As our technology landscape continues to evolve, we're looking for a Release, Deployment and Environment Manager to play a critical role in ensuring technology change is delivered safely, efficiently and with the right governance in place.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology professional to establish and lead release, deployment and environment management across a complex estate that includes Dynamics 365, Azure services, Adobe Experience Cloud and multiple supplier-delivered platforms.
What you'll be doing
You’ll act as the senior control point for release readiness and environment governance, ensuring that technology changes move into production in a controlled, auditable and predictable way.
Key responsibilities
- Owning and operating the release governance framework and integrated release calendar.
- Leading release planning and readiness forums with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Making informed Go/No-Go recommendations based on risk, readiness and business impact.
- Establishing and maintaining effective environment governance across development, test and production landscapes.
- Ensuring release and deployment activities meet security, operational readiness and audit requirements.
- Coordinating multiple suppliers and stakeholders to deliver technology change safely and efficiently.
- Driving continuous improvement through release metrics, reporting and post-release reviews.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong governance and stakeholder management skills with practical experience of release and environment management within complex enterprise environments.

- Significant experience in release, deployment or environment management.
- Experience working across multi-platform, multi-supplier technology environments.
- Strong understanding of release governance, change management and operational readiness.
- Experience coordinating complex technology deliveries and managing dependencies.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge where required.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications and modern delivery practices.
- An analytical approach, with a focus on risk management, compliance and continuous improvement.
