Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Winchester on a 3 month fixed term contract, 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
- Contribute towards the success of the store by:
- ensuring the highest standard of customer service,
- achieving targets,
- maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising,
- maximising sales through physical and digital channels,
- supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers,
- achieving expectations within campaign activities, and
- working with the manager to generate stock.
