What does this role involve:
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
- Ensure highest standard of customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
- Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
- Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
- Work with the manager to generate stock.
Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, requiring flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life‑saving research.
