British Heart Foundation in London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, supervise the team, and take full responsibility in their absence.
You will inspire staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey, drive sales across physical and digital channels, maintain visual merchandising, and contribute to recruitment and development of volunteers.
The role requires flexibility to work 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
