British Heart Foundation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Horley fashion store on a 2‑month fixed-term contract, 28 hours per week.

The role requires flexibility to cover weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis as part of our fast-paced, community-focused shop network.

You will support the Store Manager daily, lead staff and volunteers, and strive to deliver outstanding customer service, achieve targets, and drive sales across both physical and digital channels.
