Responsibilities
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. You inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values. Your role will include ensuring the highest standard of customer service, achieving targets, maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising, maximising sales through physical and digital channels, supporting recruitment and development of volunteers, achieving expectations within campaign activities, and working with the manager to generate stock.
