As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. Inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values. Our stores are fast‑paced and trade 7 days a week, requiring flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. The role can be physically demanding but rewarding, as you help fund life‑saving research.
