Job Summary: Assistant Store Manager – fashion store, Colwyn Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects the organisation’s values.
  • Ensure highest standard of customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
  • Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
  • Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
