At British Gypsum we're looking for a Production Shift Manager to inspire and lead an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team, ensuring we manufacture our products efficiently, safely, and at the highest quality for our customers. This Shift Manager role will be part of the Production Team. You'll manage a team of operatives and will work collaboratively with the Engineering, Quality, and Leadership teams to meet our production targets. British Gypsum is part of Saint‑Gobain Interior Solutions (SGIS). We have been mining gypsum for more than 150 years, a heritage we're very proud of. Robertsbridge is a 24/7 operation. You'll be working 12‑hour shifts – two days, two nights (there are no nights on the weekends) then five days off on a 5‑weekly rotation. In reward for your leadership talent and flexibility we pay a competitive salary plus a bonus and benefits including healthcare options.

- Ensure health and safety on shift for your team members and the site

- Collaborate with the Engineering and Quality teams on maintenance, problem solving and improvements
