About The Role
Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions is creating two brand-new Digital Product Owner roles to help shape and deliver best-in-class digital solutions for SGIS. This role is all about maximising customer value—understanding real customer problems and translating them into impactful digital products. You will sit at the heart of digital delivery, working with customers, UX designers, researchers, developers, and construction specialists to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a growing portfolio of digital solutions.
What you will be responsible for:
- Deeply understanding customer needs, business goals, industry regulations, and market trends
- Owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring it is rooted in genuine customer insight
- Managing and prioritising the product backlog in an Agile environment
- Translating customer and business needs into clear user stories and requirements for development teams
- Working closely with UX designers, researchers, analysts, developers, and BIM specialists to design and deliver the right solutions
- Leading digital initiatives such as: Website tools and calculators; Navigation and user journey improvements; Digital technical support and guidance tools; Digital construction and BIM-enabled solutions
- Defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., customer satisfaction, CX, lead generation, call reduction)
- Using data, feedback, and Build-Measure-Learn loops to drive continuous improvement
- Influencing stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, Customer Experience, and Digital teams
What you will need to be successful:
- You are customer-obsessed, analytical, and comfortable working between business and technology. You enjoy solving complex problems and turning insight into action.
- Experience in a Digital Product Owner, Product Manager or Marketing roles
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and backlog management
- Confidence working with development teams and technical concepts (front-end, CMS, digital platforms)
- Experience working with UX, research, and data to shape solutions
- Ability to analyse multiple data sources and user feedback to make informed decisions
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
