At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we are looking for a Construction Systems Installer to join our Customer Innovations team, helping to deliver high-quality system builds, product evaluations, and technical demonstrations for our drylining customers.
This hands-on role sits within a specialist team focused on developing, building, and showcasing innovative interior construction systems. You’ll play a key part in bringing technical designs to life—constructing partitions, ceilings, and mock-ups that support testing, product development, and customer engagement. It’s a unique opportunity to combine practical skills with innovation, working closely with both internal teams and industry professionals.
This role is site/workshop-based due to the hands-on nature of the work.
What we’re looking for:
- Practical experience in drylining, partitioning, carpentry, or interior construction
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Confidence working independently while contributing ideas within a team
- Experience coordinating or working alongside other trades to deliver high-quality builds
What you will be doing:
- Constructing test partitions, ceilings, and system mock-ups for evaluation and demonstration
- Building wall and ceiling systems from technical drawings and specifications
- Supporting product testing, performance evaluation, and customer demonstrations
- Collaborating with customer-facing teams to understand project requirements and priorities
- Acting as a voice of the customer, feeding insights into product and system development
