As Digital Communications & Channels Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our digital channels are consistent, high-quality, and member focused. You’ll monitor performance, maintain platform standards, and provide insight that helps shape how we communicate and engage. Main responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse activity across digital communication channels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Produce regular insight reports, sharing clear and actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
- Support content publishing and scheduling, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Maintain high standards across all platforms through proactive housekeeping and content management.
- Identify, log, and coordinate resolution of technical issues and platform bugs.
- Ensure effective tagging, categorisation, and governance across digital channels.
- Provide proofreading and quality assurance to ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and accessible.
- Act as a key contact for colleagues, supporting teams to deliver effective digital engagement.
