As Digital Communications & Channels Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our digital channels are consistent, high-quality, and member focused. You’ll monitor performance, maintain platform standards, and provide insight that helps shape how we communicate and engage.

Main responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze activity across digital communication channels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Produce regular insight reports, sharing clear and actionable recommendations with stakeholders
