We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and experienced Groom to join our friendly team at a busy riding school.
The successful applicant will be confident handling a variety of horses and ponies and able to work efficiently as part of a busy yard.
Duties Will Include
- Mucking out and maintaining a high standard of yard cleanliness
- Feeding, haying and watering
- Turning out and bringing in
- Grooming and preparing horses for lessons
- Tacking up and untacking
- General horse care and yard duties
- Keeping an eye on the health and wellbeing of our horses and ponies
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the riding school

- Experienced and confident around horses
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work to a good standard without constant supervision
- Friendly and able to work well within a team
- Happy working in a busy, active environment
- Committed to maintaining excellent standards of horse welfare
