Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of the yard, ensuring the highest standards of horse care, staff organisation and stable management are maintained.

Qualifications
- Capable and confident rider.
- Excellent horse management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Flexible and willing to work as part of a young professional team.
- Previous experience as a Head Lad or Assistant Head.
