Overview: Exercise Rider & Racing Groom – Suffolk. 6 days per week. Full time position in Racing (Flat).
Responsibilities:
- Riding (hacking/exercising) as part of the racing operation.
- Support one full-time rider/groom; ensure horses are prepared for racing.
- Work pattern: Week One – Monday to Saturday, mornings only; Week Two – Monday to Sunday, mornings and afternoons. One week off (afternoons) every other week.
- Racing expenses when horses race. Equal share of quarterly pool money.
- Maintain a friendly, efficient team environment and a safe workplace near town.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent references and experience in racing.
- Riding skills (hacking/exercising) required.
- Must already have a valid visa to work.
