Overview: Exercise Rider & Racing Groom – Suffolk. 6 days per week. Full time position in Racing (Flat).

Responsibilities:

  • Riding (hacking/exercising) as part of the racing operation.
  • Support one full-time rider/groom; ensure horses are prepared for racing.
  • Work pattern: Week One – Monday to Saturday, mornings only; Week Two – Monday to Sunday, mornings and afternoons. One week off (afternoons) every other week.
  • Racing expenses when horses race. Equal share of quarterly pool money.
  • Maintain a friendly, efficient team environment and a safe workplace near town.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent references and experience in racing.
  • Riding skills (hacking/exercising) required.
  • Must already have a valid visa to work.
