- Collaborate with a small team and work independently as needed.
- Willingness to learn carriage driving if not experienced already.
- Share duties on a rota with other staff members; weekend and evening work is expected.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications: BHS 2/3 or equivalent; eg. Horsescotland Assistant L1 Coaching Certificate, UKCC or Horsescotland L1.
- Driving license is essential.
- Experience or interest in equine-assisted therapy is important.
- Ability to work with a team and independently; good communication with children and adults, including those with disabilities.
