You will be supported by managers, mentors and colleagues, with some jobs being challenging and requiring practical experience. A minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience is expected to tackle most tasks.
You’ll diagnose defects, perform safe repairs and strive for a first-time fix while delivering excellent customer service across a range of appliances.
