At British Gas, our mission is to sell it and mend it. We’re the household heroes powering 1 in 3 homes in the UK but supplying energy is just part of what we do. We’re making the UK’s homes greener and more energy efficient.
Base Salary is £45,483 plus up to £6,200 London weighting allowance (Dependent on area) with uncapped OTE. A realistic expectation through our field reward scheme is £62,640 (Including London Weighting Allowance).
Responsibilities:
- Represent British Gas in customers' homes with support from managers, mentors, and colleagues.
- Ensure customers get the help they need, when they need it, aligning with the Service Promise for same-day fixes.
Qualifications:
- Experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential.
