We're looking for a Product and Pricing Systems Specialist to join our Product & Pricing Change Delivery team, with a dedicated focus on product and pricing delivery.

This is a high-impact role at the centre of our product, pricing and technology landscape acting as the bridge between teams' technical delivery teams and our commercial and pricing peers , ensuring strategies are translated into accurate, high-quality system solutions.

Own product and pricing delivery end-to-end Lead the delivery of product and pricing changes from idea through to release Ensure changes are implemented accurately across Salesforce systems Take ownership for delivery outcomes, quality, and timelines Manage stakeholder engagement Work closely with pricing teams to turn pricing models into system solutions Work closely with product teams to turn commercial asks into system solutions Act as the "translator" between commercial intent and technical execution Ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned to system capability Understand products and pricing at a deep level Build strong knowledge of products, pricing models, drivers, and logic Assess how changes impact: overall pricing levelscustomer outcomes Spot risks, unintended impacts, and improvement opportunities early Lead testing, quality & controls Define and execute robust testing approaches Ensure pricing outputs are accurate, consistent, and defendable Maintain strong audit trails, documentation, and governance standards Use data to validate outcomes Analyse and manipulate data to: validate outcomesinvestigate issuessupport decision-making Turn data into clear insight for stakeholders Resolve issues and improve continuously Lead investigation of defects and production issues Drive fixes to root cause Identify opportunities to improve product and pricing delivery and system Here's what we're looking for: Experience delivering complex system or pricing change end-to-end Strong understanding of how pricing model and mechanisms work in practice Ability to bridge commercial and technical conversations Strong focus on testing, quality, and attention to detail Confidence working with data to analyse and validate outcomes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with Salesforce platforms within a development role.
