We're looking for skilled Electricians to join our experienced Field Engineering team, helping ensure customers receive safe, high-quality electrical work exactly when they need it. Being there for our customers is our priority, and you'll play a key role in delivering same-day fixes and high standards of electrical safety in customers' homes.
Salary & Rewards
Base salary: £43,045 Uncapped OTE: £43,045 plus up to 6.2k London weighting allowance (dependent on area) with uncapped OTE - £57,589 (including LWA) is a realistic expectation through our comprehensive field reward scheme.
The Role
As an Electrician, you'll use your technical expertise to deliver safe, high-quality electrical work in domestic properties, including:
- Fault finding and repairs
- Electrical installations and upgrades
- Full and partial rewires
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and right first time
You'll combine strong technical capability with excellent customer service, diagnosing issues efficiently, achieving first-time fixes, and providing professional advice to customers where appropriate.
Training & Development
While EV charging and other Net Zero technologies are not a current responsibility of the role, they form an important part of our future. We offer potential opportunities for electricians to train, upskill, and gain additional qualifications in emerging technologies as the role evolves, making this a strong long-term career opportunity.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a qualified electrician
- City & Guilds 2365 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent), culminating in a Level 3 Technical Certificate, including the NET AM2
- City & Guilds 2382 - B.S. 7671 IET Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience working in the electrical industry
- City & Guilds 2391/52 (or equivalent) - highly desirable
- willingness to undertake potential future training in Net Zero technologies
