We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to design world-class user experiences across our digital products in British Gas, ensuring they meet commercial goals and customer needs.
About the role
- Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Credit Energy across Core and Partner products.
- Own and manage product backlogs, prioritising features and guiding delivery squads.
- Drive development of seamless digital journeys and end-to-end customer experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, analysts, and commercial teams.
- Gather and act on customer and partner feedback to improve NPS.
- Monitor product performance, manage improvements and bug fixes.
