At our award-winning academies, you won't just learn the basics - you'll develop the skills, qualifications, and practical experience to thrive. You'll train on energy-efficient gas heating systems and gain specialist expertise in installing air source heat pumps, giving you the tools to build a long-term, future-focused career. With guidance from experienced engineers, you'll be supported every step of the way as you build capability and confidence.

Here's what we're looking for:

• 4 GCSEs (or Scottish Nat 5's) at grade C/4 or above, ideally including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Availability to attend training at our UK-wide academies, with provided accommodation and travel if needed.
• This is a physical role involving lifting, bending and working at height and in confined spaces, including handling heavy equipment such as boilers and radiators.

Here's what's in it for you:

• A starting salary of £19,307 which will continue to rise as you hit specific milestones during your apprenticeship.
• Once you have completed the full programme and aftercare support your salary will increase to £45,806 with bonus and add ons on top.
• We also offer London Weighting Allowance ranging from £4,327 to £6,490 (dependant on location) for living or starting your day within London.
• An expensed electric van for you to use for work, including an EV charge point where applicable & charge card.
