- Achieving operational excellence and managing the financial performance of your centre.

The Garden Centre is a high-volume environment with a fast turnaround; the successful candidate should have proven managerial experience, be physically fit for a very hands-on role with occasional heavy lifting, and have a passion for exceptional retail standards, driving sales and great customer service.
Requirements include:
- Previous Garden Centre Management experience (centre manager or deputy manager level).
- Ability to motivate a team of managers and supervisors to work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
- Plant knowledge, excellent customer service skills, communication and team-management abilities.
- Experience working in a similar role, managing a team, and horticulture experience are desirable.
