We are currently looking for a Team Leader Admin to work in a fast‑paced and very customer‑focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable, and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will ideally have administration experience in a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Booking in deliveries.
- Admin and accounts.
- Deal with credits and invoicing.
- Consult with suppliers regarding invoicing discrepancies.
- Request credits with supplies.
- Other general office duties.
- Cashing and banking.
- Stock taking.
Qualifications:
- Good attention to detail.
- Methodical and able to work at pace.
- Ability to work to procedures.

- Computer literate with good Excel skills.
