About the Role

We are looking for Nursery Team members. Your role will be responsible for propagating, growing, and maintaining plants (shrubs, trees, flowers) within nurseries. You will need to be physically fit as some heavy lifting and moving is involved.

Duties Will Include

  • Oversee the day-to-day nursery operations including:
  • Organization of workload.
  • Potting and general plant care.
  • Stock control.
  • Crop protection.
  • Monitoring pest control.
  • Maintenance of nursery facilities and equipment.
  • Inspect and clean plants ready for dispatch.
  • Assist in the general maintenance of the plant nursery.
