We are currently looking for an EPOS Assistant to work in this fast-paced and very customer-focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail. This is a very hands-on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- Booking in orders
- Receipting deliveries on HHT
- Matching and filing delivery notes through EPOS and Paperless systems
- Maintaining and keeping EPOS system accurate
- Maintaining Paperless system
- Pricing and sorting stock
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good attention to detail
- Methodical and able to work at pace
- Ability to work to procedures
- Good communicator
- Experience with EPOS systems
- Computer literate with good administration skills
- Experienced in manual handling
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Flexible and trustworthy
- Alphabetically and numerically literate
- Must be flexible in terms of hours and days worked
