Restaurant Team Members – Pot Washer
Location: Stevenage
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Part Time (8 Hours Weekends)
We are currently looking for a Pot Washer to join our busy Kitchen. Working mainly in the pot wash area you will be accountable for the cleaning of the kitchen and using the pot wash, as well as following cleaning checklists.
The ideal candidate will be prepared to work hard in a fast‑working environment. Experience in a similar position is beneficial, however we are looking for somebody who is hard‑working and committed. Training will be given to the right candidate.
Will be required to multitask, work at speed as and when required, work as part of a team, both following instruction and using own initiative. Assisting both front of house & back of house team when necessary.

Duties include
- Pot wash ensuring dishes are cleaned and returned to proper storage locations.
- Keep work area clean and organised.
- Assist Front of House staff with packing and unpacking dishes.
- Collecting and stacking dirty trays.
- Replacing clean crockery.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Adhering to company policies.
