Must be fully flexible, hours involve weekend work. May be required to use a computerised tilling system. Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant.

Main Duties:

  • Replenishing drinks & condiments
  • Making hot drinks
  • Serving customers
  • Running food
  • Pot wash
  • Clearing & wiping tables
  • Adhering to Health & Safety standards

Skills required:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of COSHH and food standards
