British Garden Centres is a well-known large UK retailer known for its high-quality customer service, plants, and restaurants. As a growing family business, we are driven to provide a high-quality experience throughout all our restaurants.

We have a great opportunity for some Restaurant Team Members to come and join our friendly restaurant at Tarporley Garden Centre. The role will be predominantly front of house where you will provide the highest standards of customer care for our customers however, you will be expected to support any operations required by your manager.

These roles will require a minimum of 12 hours per week with plenty of opportunity to work overtime during busy periods. You must be able to work weekends and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Skills required:

  • Good communication skills and a good team player
  • Works well under pressure
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ideally trained as a Barista but not essential

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Clearing tables
  • Making drinks to customer requirements.
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Using the till system to process payments and cash handling where required.
