At British Garden Centres, we aim to deliver a great experience in our centres and create an exceptional dining experience. We have a great opportunity for Restaurant Team Members to join our friendly Restaurant. Bring our food and restaurant to life for our guests to remember.
Must be fully flexible; hours involve weekday and weekend work. May be required to use a computerised tilling system. Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant. Must be friendly & confident for this customer-facing role. Be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team, able to adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading.

Duties will include:
- Carrying out all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Serving customers in a warm, efficient, and professional manner.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffees.
- Clearing and cleaning tables to maintain a tidy dining area.
- General cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping.
- Washing up and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas.
- Operating the till and processing transactions accurately.
- Handling money responsibly and following company procedures.
