The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.

We are currently looking for a full time Garden Centre Team Leader to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre. Working in a busy retail environment within the Garden Centre the successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills. You will have a positive β€œcan do” attitude and be a skilled Supervisor driving the team through great standards and exemplary customer service.

Responsible for the efficient operation of a quality service operation through supervisory and administrative work in the till department. Experience with using a till and handling cash is essential. Previous supervisor or Team Leader experience is preferred. Responsibilities are performed with considerable independence.

Duties Will Include

  • Assist in managing the Till Team.
  • Cashing up the tills AM & PM.
  • Customer Service.
  • General Housekeeping.
  • Using a Till.
  • Refunds and Exchanges.
  • Investigating and Rectifying any Till Errors.
  • Assisting in other areas as and when needed.
