We are currently looking for a full time Garden Centre Team Leader to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre. Working in a busy retail environment within the Garden Centre the successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills. You will have a positive “can do” attitude and be a skilled Supervisor driving the team through great standards and exemplary customer service.
Responsible for the efficient operation of a quality service operation through supervisory and administrative work in the till department. Experience with using a till and handling cash is essential. Previous supervisor or Team Leader experience is preferred. Responsibilities are performed with considerable independence.

Duties Will Include
- Assist in managing the Till Team.
- Cashing up the tills AM & PM.
- Customer Service.
- General Housekeeping.
- Using a Till.
- Refunds and Exchanges.
- Investigating and Rectifying any Till Errors.
- Assisting in other areas as and when needed.
