It’s nearly that exciting time of the year, Christmas. We are looking for team members to join us with the setting up of our Christmas displays. As a Garden Centre Christmas Team Member, this is a seasonal, customer-facing role.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising customers on festive products (like trees, decorations, and lights)
- Maintaining eye-catching displays
- Keeping the shop floor well-stocked
- Manual tasks like lifting heavy trees
- Ensuring a magical shopping experience
This will be a dual role when the Grotto opens, where you will become Santa’s Elf. We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic personality with the ability to laugh, sing, and dance all the way until Christmas. The excitement of Christmas is magical for all children.
As an Elf, you will be responsible for creating memorable visits by preparing and helping children to meet Santa within one of our magical grottos. From the moment you step into the role, you will have fun spreading the magic of Christmas and asking children about their Christmas list. You’ll have the confidence to spread happiness and fulfil the imagination of children of all ages.
Duties:
- Visual merchandising
- Till operation
- Assisting customers with their purchases

- Cleaning within the Gifts and Concession area
Elf Requirements:
- To bring a warm welcome and friendly face to all visitors of the grotto
