Source and procure materials required for ongoing repairs and maintenance work. Coordinate with contractors, ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards. Maintain clear communication with garden centre teams to address site specific needs. Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing for materials. Carry out and document checks to maintain compliance standards. Ensure all health and safety (H&S) records are accurate and up to date.

We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual with an interest in the Restaurant Operations sector to join our team. This is an office-based role that requires frequent computer and telephone use to assist in coordinating contractors and sourcing materials to support repairs and maintenance across our garden centres. Experience working in procurement, service support & contract management is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
