We are currently looking for a Team Member Epos/Admin to work in this fast-paced and very customer-focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail. This is a very hands-on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to help the back office run smoothly
- Managing files and delivery payment system (paperless)
- Liaising with other departments
- Answering phones and emails
- Banking
- Social Media
- Invoicing, booking in deliveries
- Booking in orders
- Receipting deliveries on HHT
- Maintaining and keeping EPOS system accurate
- Pricing and sorting stock
- Daily floats
- Stock Ordering
