- Fully flexible, available to work weekends and cover holidays
- Customer‑facing, friendly & confident
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to high‑paced environment during peak trading
- Knowledge of COSHH and food standards
- Good communication skills
- Professional and reliable, remain calm under pressure
- May be required to use a computerised tilling system
