Job Description
It's nearly that exciting time of the year Christmas, we are looking for team members to join us with the setting up of our Christmas displays. As a Garden Centre Christmas Team Member, this is a seasonal, customer-facing role.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising customers on festive products (like trees, decorations, and lights)
- Maintaining eye-catching displays
- Keeping the shop floor well-stocked
- Manual tasks like lifting heavy trees
As the Grotto opens, you will also become one of Santa's Elves. We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic personality with the ability to laugh, sing, and dance all the way until Christmas. As an Elf, you will be responsible for creating memorable visits by preparing and helping children to meet Santa within one of our magical grottos.
From the moment you step into the role, you will have fun spreading the magic of Christmas and asking children about their Christmas list. You'll have the confidence to spread happiness and fulfil the imagination of children of all ages. Becoming one of Santa's Elves is a truly magical task, keeping the spirit of Christmas alive with good will, fantastic customer service, and always looking for an opportunity to make people smile.
