Hours: Full Time – 45 Hours Per Week, including weekends

At British Garden Centres, we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres and go above and beyond to create an exceptional customer service experience. We are looking for a Garden Centre Manager to join our forward‑thinking team. Working in the Garden Centre is a high‑volume environment with a fast turnaround.

The successful candidate should have proven managerial experience and be physically fit, as this is a very hands‑on role and some heavy lifting may be required. A highly motivated individual with a passion for exceptional retail standards, driving sales and excellent customer service is essential. Must have previous Garden Centre Management experience either as a centre manager or deputy manager, and be able to motivate a team of managers and supervisors to work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines. Plant knowledge is preferable.

As a Garden Centre Manager you will manage, lead, inspire and develop an amazing team, ensuring all customers have a great in‑store experience.
