A Garden Centre Christmas Team Member is a seasonal, customer-facing role. Responsibilities include:
- Advising customers on festive products (like trees, decorations, and lights)
- Maintaining eye-catching displays
- Keeping the shop floor well-stocked
- Lifting heavy trees
As a Christmas Team member, you’ll be at the heart of the action, greeting customers with a smile, offering product and gift advice, and creating a memorable experience that leads to a happily ever after and keeps them coming back all year round. Flexibility to work extra hours during the week is required.
Skills required:

Duties will include:
- Visual merchandising
- Till operation
- Assisting customers with their purchases
- Quality customer service
- Merchandising
- Stock replenishment
- Cleaning within the Gifts and Concession area
- Creating and maintaining appealing product displays in retail spaces or online
- Keeping the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Answering customer questions regarding product availability, pricing, and locations
