Our Restaurant Teams play a key role in bringing this to life, and we now have a great opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member (Pot Washer / Kitchen Porter) to join our busy kitchen.

In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of our kitchen by keeping the pot wash area clean, organised, and operating efficiently. You’ll also help maintain high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen and assist the wider team during busy periods. Flexibility is essential, as the role includes weekday and weekend work.

Duties Will Include

  • Working mainly in the pot wash area, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned efficiently
  • Returning clean items to the correct storage locations
  • Keeping the pot wash and kitchen areas clean, tidy, and well organised
  • Following cleaning checklists and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Collecting and stacking dirty trays and replacing clean crockery
  • Assisting Front of House with packing and unpacking dishes when required
  • Supporting general kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
  • Adhering to company policies and food safety procedures
  • Assisting the wider Restaurant Team during busy periods

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, committed, and ready to get stuck in. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
