Overview
Garden Centre Team Member
Part Time 25 Hours Per Week Including Weekends.
At British Garden Centres, we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres, and we go above and beyond in creating an exceptional customer service experience too.
Responsibilities
- Be the heart of our operations and ensure customers have the best possible experience in store.
- Pricing and displaying products.
- Merchandising a variety of products.
- Moving furniture around departments.
- Provide quality customer service and assist customers with advice and requirements.
- General housekeeping and till operations.
Skills / Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of horticulture.
- Physically fit (the role involves heavy lifting and moving).
- Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Professionalism and reliability.
- Good time management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed.
