Full Time – 30 Hours Per Week – Including weekends

We are currently looking for a Garden Centre Team Member to work in our gift Shop at our Arcadia Garden Centre. This fast paced and verycustomer focused Centre. Working in a busy retail environment within the Garden Centre the successfulcandidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills. You will have a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate should be physically fit as some heavy lifting may be required. Previous retail experience preferred but training will be given as required.

Duties include:

Pricing, displaying & merchandising a variety of products

Quality customer service.

Till operation

Dealing with customers

Administration using the online stock ordering system

General Daily Housekeeping

Retail experience

The successful candidate will be:

Must be fully flexible and able to work weekends

You will have a right first-time approach and a can-do attitude

Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team

Work well under pressure

Professionalism and reliability

Good time management

Excellent customer service skills

Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed

Able to work using own initiative
