We are looking for a Team leader to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate should be physically fit as this is a very hands on role and some heavy lifting will be involved.
Must be fully flexible with weekend working.
Will include early and late working shifts.

Duties will include
- Maximising sales and profitability of store.
- Sales focused and accountable for providing great customer service.
- Reliable and have a keen eye for detail around the customers experience in your department.
- Ensuring the highest standards of merchandising and inventory control are maintained and liaising with suppliers when required.
- Creating inspirational displays.
- Leading by example and be able to motivate the team.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Organise workflow and ensure that team members understand their duties and delegated tasks.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems in a calm and confident manner.
- Confidently communicate with external and internal customers.
- Ensuring adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
