Full Time 35 Hours Per Week Including Weekends. At British Garden Centres, we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres, along with creating an exceptional dining experience. As a Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and develop an amazing team, ensuring all customers have a great in-store experience. This role involves physically demanding work in all types of weather, assisting customers, and maintaining the department.

Duties Will Include:
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Organising team schedules and addressing staff issues.
- Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed.
- Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams to successfully complete projects.
- Ensuring that employees follow company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining a high and consistent standard of customer service.
- Assisting the centre manager in the operation of the centre, supporting him in all areas of health and safety, payroll, and finance.
- Overseeing the effective running of the plant area, ensuring plant care, commerciality, maximising sales, and minimising wastage.
