Hours: Part-time, 16 Hours Per Week – Including Weekends

Responsibilities

  • Prepare delicious meals according to the menu and deliver well-prepared dishes in a timely manner.
  • Follow instructions in cooking and ensure high-quality presentation.
  • Operate efficiently in a busy kitchen and manage multiple orders.
  • Produce specials and maintain standards for taste, portion control, and waste monitoring.
  • Assist with food preparation and the taking of deliveries as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience of working in a busy kitchen.
  • Creative at making dishes while able to work to specifications.
  • Experience of cooking carvery is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HACCP.
  • Able to manage multiple orders and stay calm under pressure.
  • Good time management and professionalism/reliability.
  • Level 2 basic food hygiene is an advantage.
