Responsibilities
- Prepare delicious meals according to the menu and deliver well-prepared dishes in a timely manner.
- Follow instructions in cooking and ensure high-quality presentation.
- Operate efficiently in a busy kitchen and manage multiple orders.
- Produce specials and maintain standards for taste, portion control, and waste monitoring.
- Assist with food preparation and the taking of deliveries as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience of working in a busy kitchen.
- Creative at making dishes while able to work to specifications.
- Experience of cooking carvery is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HACCP.
- Able to manage multiple orders and stay calm under pressure.
- Good time management and professionalism/reliability.
- Level 2 basic food hygiene is an advantage.
