Role Overview: We are seeking a Ground Maintenance/Delivery Driver to join our Gardens Centres. The successful candidate will be expected to complete home deliveries to customers, maintaining grounds, light gardening and handyman skills would be an advantage.
The Successful candidate will:
- Hold a full, clean driving licence.
- Be comfortable driving large vehicles.
- Be experienced in a retail environment.
- Have a friendly and positive attitude, providing a great customer experience at point of delivery.
- Be flexible as some weekend working will be required.
- Have good organisational skills.
Qualifications and skills:
- Travel using company vehicle across our sites.
- Experience at driving larger vehicles/minibuses.
- Awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Using grounds maintenance equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, leaf blowers).
- Basic landscaping and garden maintenance.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
