Our teams don’t just keep the Centres running — they help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere we’re known for. We are looking for enthusiastic Garden Centre Team Members to join us.
Hours available for this role:
- 37.5 hours per week, including weekends
- 30 hours per week, including weekends
- 30 hours per week, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations — helping customers, supporting your colleagues, and ensuring the Centre always looks its best. You’ll need to be flexible and able to work additional hours during the week when required. If you enjoy working with plants, being outdoors, and being part of a friendly, hands-on team, this could be the perfect role for you. The work involves a mix of dextrous tasks and physical activity, making it ideal for someone who likes to stay busy and active. This is a customer-facing role across various departments, where you’ll learn our EPOS systems, support with placing orders alongside our reps, and help with general merchandising and housekeeping to keep the Centre looking great.

Duties will include:
- Till operation.
- Assisting customers with their purchases.
- Quality customer service.
- Merchandising.
- Stock replenishment.
- Plant care, including watering, pruning and basic care.
- Helping to take items to customers' cars.
