We are looking for a Garden Centre Team Leader – Tills who can motivate, support and guide our front‑of‑house team, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from the moment they reach the checkout.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead and support a team
  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory or team‑leading role
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Supporting customers with their purchases and enquiries
  • Pricing, displaying and merchandising a wide range of products
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the department
  • Supervising and motivating a small team of staff
  • Managing and updating department rotas
  • Carrying out administrative tasks using the online stock ordering system
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient till operations throughout the day
