Hengli Hydraulics UK & Ireland Ltd is the newly established UK and Ireland subsidiary of Hengli Hydraulics, a global leader in high-performance hydraulic systems supplying major construction, agricultural and industrial OEMs worldwide.
As part of our strategic expansion in the UK and Ireland, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and develop relationships with major construction equipment OEMs and Industrial OEMs.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for managing and growing key OEM accounts, acting as the primary commercial interface between Hengli and some of the region's most demanding customers.
- This is a senior, customer-facing role requiring strong commercial judgement, technical credibility and long-term relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership and development of key OEM accounts
- Managing commercial negotiations, pricing and long-term supply agreements
- Coordinating closely with engineering, quality and supply-chain teams
- Supporting new product introductions and technical discussions at OEM level
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Representing Hengli at customer sites, industry events and technical reviews
About You:
- You will be a proven senior account manager with a strong track record in the construction, off-highway and Industrial OEM sectors.
- Strong hydraulic systems background (pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, etc.)
- Commercially astute with experience of long-term OEM supply relationships
- Confident engaging at engineering, procurement and senior management levels
- Full UK driving licence
Preferred:
- Formal technical or engineering background (mechanical, hydraulic or similar)
- Experience working with global or Tier-1 hydraulic suppliers
- Understanding of OEM development cycles, validation and PPAP-type processes
