Location: London, BFI Southbank

We are looking for a Systems Coordinator who, supporting the Senior Systems Coordinator, will be working as part of the BFI London Film Festival Team to support and deliver key software systems used during the festival, primarily Airtable.

BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a systems super-user in the team’s Airtable implementation, including detailed knowledge of the databases, fields, automations and interfaces, and be able to support these around the team as required, responding to queries from users in a timely and accurate way.
  • Act as a super user for other BFI systems including ArtifaxEvent, make.com, Fillout, Jotform, StaffSavvy, and Eventmaker.
  • Provide Airtable user training as needed.
  • Update and enhance the Airtable implementation as required, including adding or modifying database fields, interface pages, automations, etc, populating new data tables, and managing user permissions.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven strong IT skills and experience working with or managing databases, ideally including Airtable.
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to contribute to the teams’ collective knowledge through strong communication and proactive information sharing.
  • Proven administration skills, particularly the ability to accurately manage large amounts of data.
